1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only to customers in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer international shipping outside the United States at this time.
2. Shipping Cost
All orders placed on pettami.com include FREE standard shipping.
There are no additional shipping charges, including for Alaska and Hawaii.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed based on China Standard Time (GMT+8, Shanghai).
Order cut-off time: 12:00 AM (00:00), GMT+8
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Order processing time: 2–3 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched from our warehouse after processing.
5. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our company-owned warehouse located in:
Pujiang County, Zhejiang, China
We do not use dropshipping suppliers. Every order is handled, packed, and shipped by our own team.
6. Transit Time
Estimated transit time: 8–15 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday
Delivery times apply to all destinations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Total estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days
This includes order processing time and transit time.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees for shipments to the United States are fully covered by Pettami.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.、

Orders are shipped using reliable third-party international logistics partners selected based on destination, efficiency, and delivery reliability.
Carrier selection may vary depending on logistics availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
