Pettami Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return.
This return policy applies only to orders placed and shipped within the United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, including its original packaging being unopened, and completely unused. It must also have all original tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided they meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pettami.com. Please provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving our return approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Label & Costs
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email. You will need to download and print this label, then affix it to your return package.
All approved return shipping costs are covered by us, and customers will not incur any additional fees for the return process.
Original Order Shipping Refund: When your return is approved and processed, in addition to refunding the item's cost, we will fully refund any original shipping costs you paid for that order. Customers will not bear any extra costs for returns.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Such items are eligible for return under our policy, provided the issue is reported promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
Please note: Unlike other exceptions, sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items (new, unused, in original unopened packaging), provided they meet our 30-day return policy.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 calendar days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@pettami.com.
